If your school's tuition is in the $10,000/year range, the lifetime value of one additional student for tuition alone is $60,000, ten additional students brings $600,000 of additional revenue for the school. If your tuition is in theStudents $20,000 range, the lifetime value is $120,000 with ten additional students bringing $1,200,000 in additional revenue for the school. Since many schools have spaces in their existing classrooms, there may be little additional expense in admitting these additional students. This could mean that the school can apply 100% of the revenue directly to its bottom line.
